The only DLC outfit that hasn't been extracted (I think) is his Inferno armor.

I agree. they are probably a color variation of the same texture using an in-game color shader .
(in the dlc i didn't find any other textures for these armours)
A simple texture edit could do the trick for the Inferno armor, but whoever's doing it would have to know the template extremely well.
I imagine Raiden's template pictures to be kind of confusing to look at really.
Okay, I somewhat take back what I said, the Inferno armor should be easy to copy, just color every black part red, except for the head pieces.
But the Desperado skin is a different story.
So, that Raiden everyone got, did that ever get an official release?

Though I wonder if we're getting everything in one huge pack, or will there be two separate releases.
You know, since some of the models were found late and all.
