So I finally got to rigging the Build-a-Monsoon files. Time consuming, I'll admit, but surprisingly a lot cleaner when the model is already in itty bitty pieces, heh. Material / Diffuse Map / Bitmap parameters / Premultiplied Alpha "Check Box"? and that section in general - I think.
Probably because u have a white ambient color by default in the background settings. Try to set it on black
I really hope these models are set up for Source's dynamic shadow system. A lot of gamerips I've used in Garry's Mod don't cast shadows at all, which is disappointing. Ninja, care to shine some light on Raiden and a couple others to make sure it works? I get the feeling it's an issue with partial alpha, since Source's shadow renderer doesn't handle partial alpha.

Too many things to name, really. But all the ones I've seen with this problem share one thing: partially transparent textures somewhere on the model. [editline]t[/editline] Sundowner and the Dwarf Gecko look great, I've got high hopes for the rest. [t]http://i.imgur.com/BUsKSGR.jpg[/t] I'll probably make more of these simple exemplary screenshots as more models are released. You can use them as promos for the final pack if you want. I'm primarily excited for Bladewolf and Raiden himself.
I've been making quite a few screenshots with Sundowner and the Dwarfs. Can't wait for Raiden, Bladewolf and the desperado gang to make their appearance. They'd all look great for poses.

I gave up when I tried it, since it got a terrible result due to the lack of my skills.
