I went into pause and dumped the RAM while in a codec conversation with cortney. I'll probe the RAM file and see if the model is in there

Im no expert but by studying the MGS2/3/PO/PW and some 4 i kinda understand on my limited knowledge how mgs games are made, and since MGS2 they are kind of the same, just the texture work keeps getting better, and all the lights and noises from current gen hardware (like blooms and other post process stuff) but at the end is kind of the same, just finally we no longer have low res characters during gameplayso all characters have eyballs and detailed noses and mouths instead of simple texture... peace walker being the exception, i can understand why on psp, but the HD editions might been benefited with at least keeping the high detail snake head... there's no reason for keeping the old low-res one .. just to continue with my deduction during the original MGS3 development maybe because they got all this ungle shit they had to put just "photos" on the codec, at least it gave it the retro-feel, but originally the game was suposed to run 60fps like MGS2... but again all the stuff happening the ps2 coudn't handle it... so they got stuck by 30 frames and no RAM for animated codec characters, wonder what the escuse was on twin snakes, but i believe they didn't wanted to animate more codec sequences and instead just re use the awesome shinkawa art for codecs... glad could help getting new models... half models but the pants, legs and skirts can be eather molded or adapted from somewhere else... so the job is "half done" no pun intended

the way you guys keep frantically talking about rigging and upping texture size is stressful could you guys maybe wait? until shits finished or possibly he releases a script so we can go about it on or own? I'd hate to imagin marios inbox right now.

Seems people handle being in the dark better then being faced with the truth of rejection. The reason I'm not releasing the script is the same reason I'm not sending you guy's the models. I just feel there is a great ignorance about how these models are obtained, and also an abuse with these models afterwards. I'll probably release Raiden when I'm feeling like it. But I was only interested in the girls, [Mistral,Courtney,Sunny].. so I'll be focusing my time on those. - snip -

Guy's just back off, if mariokart wants to release them he will if not he wont. I hope he will like many of you, but he's the one doing all of the work right now. Just let him fiddle around with that stuff and he'll release them in due time.
