I found some places where faces were either missing and / or flipped. I also touched up the smoothing groups in places with creases, and rotated and adjusted limbs back to their standard position, so that textures are no longer stretched. I also adjusted the scale and skew. It's not done yet... but i need sleep.

But I can't seem to understand the rome game there, when the fuck did they use diving helmets down there, in the middle of a fight? Wait... Did I just missread your post now? I think I did, but I can't be arsed to have a "-snip-" as the first post on a new page.
