I have one lack of people interested in it and pure laziness.
i think plenty would be interested, i see loads of random manga-style models in packs and can't understand why anyone gives a sh- about them, but stuff like borderlands isn't out?
i know effort goes into exporting and importing the models, tweaking etc, can't say i have a clue about any of it, but i've seen more ambitious, "harder" things being thrown around garry's mod than the borderlands ragdolls :X
If I could afford the program, I would take the borderland figures from the game I downloaded on STEAM and convert them for gmod. Sadly, the thing costs too much money
