Well, I suppose I could put it in a separate folder within the pack, as an optional portrait.
(But there's already a portrait of him on garrysmod.org, so I probably won't be making him.)

Guys, every single person here can make these them self.
1. Download and install [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Source_sdk]Source SDK[/url], [url=http://nemesis.thewavelength.net/index.php?c=178]VTFEdit[/url] and [url=http://crazycarl.hl2sm.com/files/propper_0.22.zip]Propper[/url] ([url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M3jc5RbI7d4]tut[/url], [url=http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Propper]Wiki[/url] and [url=http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=838964]thread[/url]).
[I]These are the programs you'll need.[/I]
2. Find the image you want and save it to your PC (if it's in the current thread, you can just drag n' drop).
[I]This will be your portrait image.[/I]
3. Open VTFEdit and click file > import and select your file.
[I]This will load your file.[/I]
4. When a window comes up, make sure "generate normal map" isn't checked and allow it to resize your image to the nearest power of 2.
[I]You don't need to worry about these at the moment.[/I]
5. Click OK and your image will load. Loading times will vary on the size of the image.
[I]Be patient, it can take a while.[/I]
6. Save as a .vtf file (valve texture file) and create a basic .vmt file (if it wasn't automatically generated) to program files/steam/steamapps/*steam username*/half-life 2 episode two/ep2/materials.
[I]This is converting it to a format Source can understand and creating a .vmt - A small text document specifying how the world/player interacts with the texture - [B]It is vital.[/B][/I]
7. Open Source SDK and set the game engine type to "Orange Box" and the game to "Half Life2: Episode 2". Double click on hammer.
[I]This is just telling Source SDK what game textures and models to load when applications in the Source SDK are opened.[/I]
8. Make a simple brush 64 units high, 50 units wide and 1 unit thick.
[I]This will be your canvas.[/I]
9. Apply a wood texture to the whole brush then select the front face of the brush (the face you want your portrait on) and apply the picture you saved.
[I]You may need to edit the image size using the settings in the texture applicator.[/I]
10. Set up Propper (using the previously mentioned tutorial/wiki/thread) and compile using the Propper settings.
[I]This will make your model.[/I]
11. Copy the model, model's .vmt and texture (the one you made) to your GMod folder and put in the correct folder - Texture (and .vmt) in the materials folder, model in the models folder.
Assuming you followed the tutorial closely, you shall now have your portrait in GMod!
I'm too lazy to do that, and even if I wasnt lazy, I dont have the time to do it.

I've got a ton of school shit to work on (even over Spring Break right now), so it's gonna be quite a while before I can get back to these. Once I do get started again, I'll be sure to get new textures for the frames, so they don't look so shitty.
