That's weird, could you take a screenshot of the problem? This didn't happen to me.
This screwed over my entire game. My Combine and Rebels just stand there with no animations, and my citizens do the same thing, except they don't even have textures. I would really, really like a possible fix for this. It's really fucking frusterating.

Nope, but the combine soldier will switch from his default animations to the metrocops all of a sudden, such as easily noticed when they use the MP7.
Would you mind explaining how you did this? I'm asking because I'd like to know this for a mod perhaps.
I think he has just decompiled some animation mdl file and added the animations to combine soldier anims model file. I just don't know how he used to compile properly the animation model file :0

Try this: Get GCFScape, extract the files for the Rebels, Soldiers, and CP anims(Combine_Soldier_Anims, Police_animations, Police_ss, and the Humans folder, as long as you don't have any custom Citizen/Rebel models) and put them all in garrysmod/garrysmod/models and see if it'll make a difference.

As for the animation files, it's just that it takes too long and it's usually a series of trial and error.

I've already fixed it. I just removed a bunch of custom models and reloaded the ones that I was sure weren't causing it. I'm reluctant to try that, because I have bunch of custom models. It's a shame, because this seems like an awesome mod.

Hopefully when I make V2, you won't have to deal with ragdoll poses for everything.

I thought you worked for MI?
It would be nice to have this all in the combine_animations.mdl file, so replacement models for the combine will not overwrite the existing one.

I must be doing something wrong, where do I put this? I tried garrysmod/garrysmod/models...no dice.
Then that means the files you extracted from my ZIP have their own folder(s). Get the models out of the folder(s) and put them in your garrysmod/garrysmod/models folder and it should work.
