Try to get the animation files out of the GCFs and put them in garrysmod/garrysmod/models.

I installed the pack, and it worked nicely. But when I spawned the normal combine with an smg, he kept switching between the metrocop's smg animations and the combine smg animations.

He means that these animation fixes should be added in the next Gmod update.
It's in times like these I wish Garry would give us the option to turn up the Combine difficulty...It's insanity when 10 combine get raped by one rebel. By the way good work may I add...It's going in the right direction however I will wait for V2. I do have a question though, with this addon, does it like combine use other sweps such as CSS weapons?

I don't know, maybe. I guess it depends on the world model, as in a Combine Soldier is holding it rather than have it go through his stomach.

So this mod basically makes CPs have animations for the Ar2, shotguns, and other weapons they normally didn't have the animations for?
Do they keep their unique animations like the pistol and SMG ones?

Yes and yes.
Ok, well i just downloaded it, and it works very well except for one small issue.
NPCs with stun sticks will occasionally hold it like an SMG (or ar2) and when shot a few time they will retreat, hide, and reload their stun stick.

Yeah, I think that might be a coding issue, but I'll look into it.

No, it's meant to go in the second garrysmod folder.

No, the Combine Sniper is not hexed, but it is in a seperate folder so that it doesn't replace the Retail Elite.

Mine turns up invisible, you can lift him but hes invisible.
Is there a way to fix it?

Can you take a screenshot, please? He might be invisible because you might have a custom model interfering with it or you didn't put the materials in the right place.
Well I don't see why the screenshot would do anything hes completely invisible. But I made an npc of him and you can still see the weapon's shadow running around. and it still fires at you.
You probably changed his name, then. He's supposed to be called Combine_Super_Soldier.mdl or something like that because that's its internal name in the QC file. If the file name doesn't match the internal name, you'll get an invisible model.
Ok, I'm really sorry that I haven't made any updates in a while, I've just been busy with other things but now that summer is here, I intend to finish what I started. I'm going to give the EP2 Combine Soldiers CP animations, mainly because the EP2 Combine Soldiers are the most up-to-date one's out of HL2, EP1, and EP2. I will restart my work some time tomorrow and display updates as much as possible. Sorry for the wait.
