Ok, the Combine Soldier Animations are done, now I have to compile for errors and finalization.
Are you compiling them as new animation files (making recompiling of every model that needs to use them necessary) or are you recompiling the current animation files, which makes everything a lot more painless and automatic?
The latter; I can't de/recompile every character model in existence. Well, I probably could, but the latter is a lot easier.

Well, the MDL file compiled, but for some reason, only a few CP animations work and the rest of the animations are fucked up, mainly the legs.

Ok I hexed the sniper but his cloaking is different from the picture, He keeps changing colors, how do I get him to get all predator like, like in your screenshot?
Might be something with the VMTs, or it could be your graphics card; I had a 5200 when I took this screenshot but now that I have a 9400, his colors keep changing with environment depending on my angle.

That would be the unaltered Beta skin you're thinking of. This is a patched version, which I'm assuming is what VALVe would have made him look like if he had been finalized.

It's still a model though. You can still use the model.

Actually, i've been able to reload my stunstick in HL2DM before, and it played the SMG reload animation. Everyone complained I was holding my stunstick like an AR2 :P

I've been having a go at this didn't know someone else had already tried. I found adding the male_shared.mdl to the police model gave them most the missing weapon anims, they still can't use most of them though, as I don't think theres anything for them in their AI scripts.
Though i'd like to know how the OP got the combine anims to decompile as I can't get them to ¬.¬
Edit: finally got it to download... Anyone know what are the conflicting anims and i'll clean up the mess of anims in these models.

Depends, I can have them using alsorts of SWEPs but alot of them don't work (more due to the AI I expect).
Edit: Lua code to add NPC weapons

(not sure if they can actually use the Lancer but it was the closest code to hand)
Lua file can be called anything aslong as you don't have spaces in the filename, put in the lua/autorun folder (make these folders if you don't have them).
This is more useful for RP NPC animations.
