You could try to hack Kleiner's head onto those nude bodies from the Sims 2. They're on GMod.org as ragdolls. They lack in the reproductive department, so that would help keep unwanted things unwanted.

Or maybe one of the nude terminators from salvation, they do have the reproductive system, but slap his head on that and skin him pale and boom.
Either way, we don't know how, that's why we're asking someone to do it for us :/
