garrysmod.org is strictly for gmod 10 stuff, the files in this are for gmod 9 but still work with gmod 10 so here's a savefile link instead

I will tell you for certen files namely cool ones when steams on after it is done loading instead the window with the model Hl2 will turn on and when turn hl2 off the window won't be there. when steam is off it will just say you need steam to be on and the window won't appear. sorry for my crappy spelling can you help.
