The only differences the War Pig got is the chest piece and helmet.
The other thing is the shield but without that upgrade no.
So it is just to replace parts.

well, jimnesu ported only ragdolls from the cinematic cuts, so they can be really high-quality, units' portrait only have heads, part of chests, so working on mercs is impossible
note: plz port Tosh/Marauder/Matt Horner/Science Girl/Science Guy/... and every one in the catina/brigde/lab/armory
and Kerringan, perhaps?

The portrait of that war pig got all the necessary pieces so that you can replace the marine chest and helmet with that.

I just noticed how much more high resolution the marauder portrait is comparing to the marauder model used in the armory.

Do you know what I'm thinking? I have already imported most of the models in 3dx max, whith bones e.t.c. I could try to re - rig them to Valve bipped skeleton (It's not that hard). Still I'll need some motivation to do it (since I'm having tones of work to do at univercity)
Edit: hereare the fully rigged spectre (masked and unmasked) and fully rigged tosh. They all use Valves HL2 bipped skeleton.

Now that's some good work. But you really don't have to go through all the work of making them player model,npc's,ect.. if that's what your planning.
It would be nice to have them at least as ragdolls..
zergling model error, when i try to spawn it, it spawned UNDER the ground, but i could see it's back, and it just keep blinking (1 blink/ 5 seconds)
