i know how hard it is to mapping twinsanity frenzy mapped models.
maybe it will be better to rigging them at first and then it would be easy to deforming models to standard position like T-pose
im already done with nitrus brio (from your pack) rigging and face poses in blender and it helps me to reverse ripped pose to default
i dont know if Valve *.Smd supports vertex weights to exporting rigged meshes to Max for you i have not ripped anything from ps2 emulators yet and i dont know what can be wrong with ripped uv maps!?

It would be insanely hard to rig most of the models in the pose they're ripped in, like N. Tropy for example. Don't know why the UV maps mess up when being ripped from the game, they just decide to deform and skew for some reason, so i either have to completely redo them or try and fix what is already there.

about n.tropy thats not too hard, you have ripped him Intelligently, fingers are clear and the mouth and eyes are open
i think rigging is the easiest part :>
however i dont know which type of exporting rigged model is usefull for users to use

.Obj is always a good format to use. I use 3Ds Max so either in .obj or .max file is usable for me personally.

Most likely one of use who's mainly working on the pack will probably upload it to the workshop of both Garry's Mod and Source Filmmaker.
On a side note, i think that the Tiny and Koala Kong models from the opening cutscene are unfortunately past being fixed like the others due to alot of problems on the meshes themselves. Tiny only has one eye socket and Koala needs just way too much to be re-modeled and i don't simply have the time.
I can upload these meshes along with the textures if anyone wants to give them a go? Gonna finish Oxide and then move onto some more misc characters, like Papu Papu.
Also, I personally don't think the twinsanity crunch model is good enough for the models pack as he's constantly stuck in one facial pose. Thinking maybe sourcing the Tiny and Crunch models from Wrath of Cortex for replacements, as they where made by the same dev's and maintain a similar art style to the ones from twinsanity.

Yeah its annoying, although considering they're not even proper character models, 3 out of 6 aint bad.

I never would have guessed that they were not complete models.

I don't mind which models didn't make it I am still pleased about the whole Twinsanity models development. I have just installed the first Crash game for PC.
If you need a complete save (for the PS2 emulator) of WoC to be able to view Crunch's model in the final bossfight and even other characters in other levels, I can share it. But yeah, I do agree that WoC Crunch's model would be best to get. I know Coco & Crash have already been ripped from that game.
But I thought somebody already got CNK Tiny? Or hasnt he been released yet? (WoC Tiny isn't as good I think, been a while since I looked properly though)

Personally i would prefer to use the Tiny model form Wrath of cortex, as it looks similar in appearance to the model in Twinsanity.
Also if you type in 'WOMBAT' as your savegame name on WoC, it should give you a 100% completion.

The WOMBAT code only works on the Gamecube and XBox versions. Not PS2 unfortunately.
But yeah I just looked at Tiny in WoC and his model isn't bad at all, so yeah. I'm all good with Crunch & Tiny from that game instead!

She originally was meant to look pretty much like cortex, the one in the picture above is just one of the random characters from the Classroom Chaos level.

Next i'm gonna get Papu Papu then move onto getting generic enemies as I play through the game as well as maybe some bosses too.
That is great to hear, we all know she was an animal lover but her uncle Neo Cortex didn't like her kindness so he made a few modifications and turned her into the gothic bionic girl she is today. And now that you mention it I did notice the J on that girl's forehead. Also someone viewed this post and they told me that it would be tricky for the boss Tikimon because of his glowing eye texture.
