FULLY RIGGED AND TEXTURED AAAAAAAAAAAA--except eyes still. Yet he's still being awesome. He doesn't need eyes to do that. You go, Crash. Represent.
I'm convinced he still shouldn't have them, if they're going to move. Though I reeeally want him to have them. SOON. Alright, I've come this far, but believe it or not there's still a lot to do if this guy's gonna be an epic addition to your Gmod libraries. The list is as follows:
> Physics model
> Face poser flexes vta
> Various texture conversions to vtf or whatever
> Whatever else a Gmod model needs that I don't know about

Haha. Okay I actually had a few questions at this point that I should clear up before continuing.
1. Is there some kind of list of all of the face pose flexes that should be on a ragdoll anywhere? I don't want to not do something or something.
2. Some of the flexes I want to add affect his eyes. You know the one. Where his eyebrows shoot up sky high. Would adding that in any way affect his eye movement? I think it would, since that is calculated by the qc during compilation. If it would mess something up I just won't add it. This doesn't come up often because not many characters have eyes that act this way.
3. Should the eyes be a separate element? I think they should be but I'm not sure. That makes sense though, that way the qc can single it out and apply the eye texture. ... Think I just answered that one.
4. Coco or Cortex after Crash?
If anyone can answer any of these, that'd be mighty helpful.

I released a rigged version of him? Whoops. That wasn't supposed to happen. Not that I'm selfish about rigs, but I figured that rig would only work in certain things. So it'd be a bad idea to keep it. But oh well, I've done worse.

If you don't mind fixing some minor assignment problems for the vertices and weights, I can just send you the rigged version if that'd be easier for you. But I'm curious, are you planning anything as far as face posing or just the model itself?
3ds file worked on 3ds Max 2011, I just don't know what went wrong.
It's probably just a version compatibility thing. My copy is from 2006 after all.
And sure I can fix him up. my plans for the model were to add faceposing, eyeposeing, and if the finger bones aren't named properly (Using valve bone names) fingerposing.

To anyone who doesn't think so, this is actually hard work. I rebuilt these guys. Coco was the worst. You know that one scene she appears in, in-game, in this game? Well she was never t-pose or even just standing. And her face was also distorted because of what she was doing at the time. So to reiterate, ripping models from games isn't "basically nothing." Anyone who thinks that needs to check themselves.

Dr. Neo Cortex is my absolute favourite character as is twinsanity one of my favourite crash games as it adds more to the characters so I'm anticipating this, Will he be face and finger posable, cortex that is?
Also will you be porting anything else after these guys? Like the props, Enemies and map bits.
