Mixamo wouldn't work on the models. Mixamo autoriger is used for normal human body's I tested it with crash and it sucked

Just making an observation here, but why is it that every time you post it seems like you're trying to start something with someone else?
In any case (and on a more relevant note to your statement), Harley is right about Mixamo not exactly working with the models. It's mostly meant for the more humanoid-shaped characters (such as regular humans, orcs/orks, elves, and beast-like humanoids that take a more human shape for their body), which Crash and most of the other characters aren't exactly proportioned to follow suit with. While it would make the work a bit faster in terms of rigging, it would compromise the overall quality of the work as a result since the compiled model would have some rather awkward rigging, which would be very noticeable to a lot of people.

What we're left with is the resource version of the models, which (at least going by how you'd rather handle the models) shouldn't be a problem if you're just going to throw them into an auto-rigger and call it a day after compiling the models. If you want to have something with wonky rigging that ends up being buggy when used in-game, be my guest; I'd personally prefer the models having better quality rigging so that they'd be easier to work with, which Mixamo unfortunately won't provide for a majority of the Twinsanity models due to their odd proportions. There's nothing stopping you from asking for the models so that you can put them into GMod yourself, so there's really no point in complaining about someone else having yet to put them into the game if you still have the intentions of doing so yourself.

Ok kid, with attitude like that I don't think anybody is going to want to give you the models. It seems you are just going to have to wait until somebody who knows what they are doing joins the thread and helps out.
I myself know how to rig models and can do a pretty decent job of it. It's just I lack the time due to the work I am putting into making my own game.

It's nice to know you agree with me.
It's just the way you are trying to go about conversations, sounding like an aggressive child in most of your posts that seems annoying.
If you are going to act like a child, you will be treat like a child. That's all. No hard feelings or anything.

Dude, just ignore him. Ignore everything he posts.
Hay guys. How are things going? After reading the previous posts a couple of days ago, I see that there's a lot of arguing going on. All I half to say about it is
What. The. Jack.
Come on you guys, I know some of the people hear are giving you a lot of trouble, "not naming any names hear" but pleas leave these childish arguments in the privet messages. This thread is created to show progress on an incredible project. Your on your way to give lots of people like me a chance to make awesome Crash Bandicoot films and videos. All I ask is that you pleas use this thread responsibly I.E. actual progress on the models.
Thank you.
The models aren't rigged yet; You'll just have to wait and be patient.
Once they are finished they will be available for download.
Dingodile and Evil crash are already rigged by Ratchet mario. He even posted it on this topic a while back.
Wow guys, its already 2015 and we still haven't gotten those MODELS!!!!
Only kidding, hopefully will get some more news soon! :)

Uh... dude? Ratchet Mario is a girl, not a dude. -_-
But that's just what I herd.
Well, the name "Ratchet Mario" doesn't give it away anyway lol.
Arguing isn't really the best way to describe what has previously happened, it's more a case of neutralizing autistic children.
I believe replying to something that has since been left is pointless, like bumping an old thread with no update in the project whatsoever.
Whoever it is who still has the models, give us a shout back so one of us can decide who would want to work on a few models?

I still have the original models, haven't done anything since when i gave them to ware. It would be nice to have a progress update from him on whats been done. If you wanna have a shot at doing them I can hand them over if you want?

Really man? I'd didn't want to give them out to people for the exact reason your talking about. Yes, using Mixamo's auto rigging software would do the job for most of them, but the result is almost always terrible if the mesh isn't humanoid, which a lot of the crash models aren't. It even says so on their site.
If you think this is being 'sarcy', then there is something wrong with you man, it's just stating the facts.

XD but really did you just troll us with the models
I am currently on holiday at the moment and won't be back to my computer until Saturday night, but I don't mind doing a few of them if I get time.
I specialize in doing Player Models, so be expecting some decent Player Models if there aren't as many quality ragdolls to begin with.
I will probably get Crash and the Bandicoot family done first as top priority, unless there are any justifiable exceptions? :)

That dues sound good thou, but I think that we should focuse on rigging the models into ragdolls first before doing player models. Unless the player models are easier to do. Then you can get that out of the way and have something for the workshop. And whale the community is testing the player models, you guys can do the rigging on the ragdolls. I'm just saying my opinion on the mater. You know more about this then me.

If the models are made into player models, they'd technically be killing two birds with one stone since the player models could also be used as ragdolls. And considering that some recent player models are actually capable of using different proportions than what's normally used with the default Valve skeleton, it would probably be a bit more beneficial to jump into the player models first. Of course, someone with more experience in creating off-proportioned player models might be a bit more suited to that process. If memory serves me correctly, I think CaptainBigButt actually made a guide on how to make player models that have off proportions when compared to the default Valve skeleton, so you could try looking that up or asking them directly.

You do have a point there, but I was talking about maybe later rigging the models for face posing. So that way when someone makes a gmod video or an adventure series, the characters can show facial expressions and move there lips for dialog scenes. I figured that the face posing would make the characters fell more alive like the Sonic models from generations and the Mario models from Mario and Sonic at the Olympics. I was hoping that you guys would pout that into consideration.
Uhmm.. but how much is hard make a character for gmod?
i don't think it's a work for geek or something, i've rigged many models for various games, and i do it in 10-20 minutes.
It's possible that gmod's models need 2 years for the rig? i can't believe it, i've seen some packs like Kingdom Hearts pack with a lot of models, with some useless in it.. and here we can't get ONE model for crash.. in this forum there are users able to rig a model for gmod? can we ask to someone on steamcommunity?
I would like to think it would be killing two birds with one stone doing the player models first, however, from my past experience, I have noticed the positioning of the collision isn't very accurate with the ragdolls of the models, so I do think it would be a great idea if we could find the tutorial that Katra804 mentioned. :)
I will do Crash, and maybe a few others but like I say, I am very busy with my own game project itself, but if nobody is at least going to kickstart this, it will have to be me :)
Evil Crash Model please!!
Evil Crash Model please!!
I'm not trying to be rude by saying this, but would you kindly stop with that? The last three posts you've made (including the one in this quote) have been nothing but asking for the Evil Crash model. We get that you want it, but it will be ready and released whenever that time comes. Just be patient and wait until it actually gets a release, or consider asking for the resource version of the model so that you can try porting it yourself.

would be great! if isn't a bother, can you make coco and cortex with crash?

I did suggest doing the Bandicoot family first as a priority, so if I do get around to doing Crash to a high enough standard, I will do so.
Looks like someone has made a Crash Twinsanity Playermodel
