Looks like someone has made a Crash Twinsanity Playermodel
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=401568227
That playermodel looks like it was taken from o0DemonBoy0o's Deviant art gallery. The only con with the playermodel is that it's only Crash, no other characters. I'm not complaining here, I think that its pretty cool. But the model (as fare as I know) may not be rigged for gmod videos. I'm hoping that when we have the models rigged here and made into playermodels, we'll be able to give people the option to show expretions and emotion in the videos they plan to make. I'm still hoping for face posing for the Twinsanity pack.
at least we have a crash model in gmod! (ott is not crash) awesome!
we should ask this man to rig crash and the others as ragdolls!
I do hope to get around to doing some characters in the near future, but I am almost completely over the whole thing with new priorities on my survival game I am developing for my portfolio.
I don't want to seem like I am as bad as Ware-Wolff was when I said I'd do some work, but never actually do it, but if I get any spare time, or I feel I need a break from game development, or if I even get back into Garry's Mod and the Source Engine, I'd have another crack at porting.
I do hope you guys are successful at contacting this person about the already rigged Crash model, and hopefully he can get you some done for the meantime.
(ott is not crash)
Why.
Uh... dude? Ratchet Mario is a girl, not a dude. -_-
But that's just what I herd.
Maybe because back then i had no idea what gender Ratchet Mario was..?

I see that on the workshop page for gmod, i saw a Twinsanity playermodel! :o Looks cool!
I'm also a bit lost, where are you guys up to in rigging?
No news right?
I'm not shore what's going on right now. There hasn't bin any activity on the thread in a wile. Some of the moders are on brake right now, I believe. And I cant mod for beans. I'm shore that after there well needed brake, we can get back to working on the Twinsanity pack. Unless there's someone who wants to work on rigging some of the models in the time being.
I still strongly believe in the project. I know that it will make a lot of people very happy. And I appreciate the hard work that everyone here has pout into it.
Hay. I don't know if anyone is still on here, but if you have the time I'd really appreciate it if you could take the time to watch this one video I found. If you can, pleas watch it all the way, It won't take long.
After watching this video, I can understand what this guy is feeling without a doubt. I don't know how to add links here, so I'm just going to pout the youtube web info in the bottom of my message here. You can just copy and paste it on the web search bar. It will take you directly to the video. I don't know witch of the little face icons you would use if you are bumbed or upset, because that's what I'm felling.
I know I've said this a lot already, but I really appreciate the work you guys do for the project. I hope that this thread becomes a huge success.

Looks good. Quick question, are you also working on face posing for the models? It would be a lot of help for people who want to make a Crash Bandicoot Garry's mod film and/or Source Filmmaker movie.
But beside that, Exhalent work :)

I have NO idea on face posing I thought it was like using bones for the face but on online tutorials it seems like its taking a face and moving the mesh to make faces but Idk if anyone can find a legit tutorial for the new gmod (2013 and up)
Where can I find the rigged models?
If there are no model rigged yet, i'd like to help you guys.
I'm new here.

Do you know how to rig face posing I would love to get a tutorial for that

The workflow for face rigging is similar for rigging in general. You just have to put bones to simulate the facial muscles.
This image shows where to put them:

For the Crash TS model, it seems to be easier since it has fewer face's polygons.
I think you can compare this image with the model and start from there.
When I first rigged a human face (for another project), I watched a lot of tutorials on youtube and it certainly help me to skin my face.

Omg thx do the bones need a certain name and does that include the eyes (also link to one of the tutorials that helped you the most would be nice)
Some time ago I created a 3D model of Aku-Aku.
It's textured, rigged and skinned.

I create some basic animations as well.
You can download it here or here.
Impressive, looks cool this thread has changed so much. At first it was all about getting the Crash Twinsanity models ported to Gmod.
404 error on that Aku Aku model. Looks amazing by the way. :)

You guys have given me a lot of hope! Keep up the good work!
Hey guys, I'm new here and wanted to ask a question.

All the models are ripped but not rigged yet I hopefully will be rigging them soon just as soon as I learn both face rigging and eye rigging also exporting

1. ShadowLuigi~NG~ done it for me, btw i don't have 3DS Max, and i really dunno how to use Blender :P
2. For now Crash uses Luigi's animations.

Could you please provide the rigged model?
Crash models are cursed, it's obvious now..
we'll never have crash's models on gmod.. it's been 4 years, FOUR YEARS that users here say and say and no one does.
This thread can be closed for me, it's useless.. nobody is able to rig a model on gmod in this topic.

You know, instead of complaining that they haven't been put into GMod yet and claiming that they're cursed as a result, you could easily try learning how to do it yourself and attempt to bring the models into GMod on your own if you're not willing to wait for others. Hell, hyago even stated that they would help, so I'm pretty sure that's a good sign of being able to get these into GMod; they even provided an example of their work a few days ago with a different Crash model. Just be patient and wait, the models will be brought into GMod soon enough.

i would do it if the models were public.. only few users have these models in their pc, the same users that promised to rig them soon.. years ago!
