Hey guys I need some help here. Every non-hexed TF2 ragdoll i've been downloading has not worked. They don't show up as ragdolls, they show up as props. (t-posed) The part where you can grab them is between their feet. This has happened to me with Scout's mom, the Civillian, the Announcer, one of the female Pyros and Miss Pauling. What's wrong?
I think her hip to bust ratio still needs to be a bit skewed to fit TF2's proportion theme, but this is still very nice.

Also the buckle should be like in the comics.
Righto then. I've made changes to Miss Pauling's model since that first post. Darkened her shirt and dress, added some volume to her hair, slight changes to her face and head size, small proportionate changes, added a clipboard and pen as bodygroups (which will be available as separate props), and she's not so pale now.
That happened to me a year ago. It somehow fixed it self.
I'm going to go try and reinstall gmod. See if that works, i've got a lot of models. EDIT: They work on (almost) completely default. Now to see whats conflicting. EDIT2: Got it.
