I think because he saved the world (how many times now?) that corperations can sell their products if Duke endorses them.
I find it odd that all of the props are being made... but there is no rag doll or player model of Duke (besides the ones made using the TF2 soldier). Unless some one made a decent one that I'm unaware of.

I think It's possible but then flexes are going to get fuck'd.
Of course bodygroup shades (up , down , disappear) would take a little bit work.

Also his shades is just a part of face posing. I can remove it in qc maybe before compile. Or I just can hex model with invisible shades texture. But it's useless I think because he is not eye poseable.

No. Not just rotate. For some reason they worked horrible and I edited envelopes from begining. That's why worked on this so long.

No, I ported it from the game myself but I'm pretty sure he used the same original skeleton from the game. otherwise there would be no excuse for messed up fingers.
