Oh wow, if you use noesis to port these models, its against the creator's rules. Read the readme for the newest version of noesis (3.3).
-I'd like to take this opportunity to remind some of you that you should NOT do any of the following things: 1) Distribute content ripped from a game/product without legal permission from the content owner(s). 2) Use Noesis as an integral part of a creative endeavor, then completely fail to mention Noesis in any associated documentation or credits. 3) Use Noesis to extract content, then make direct renders of it to post on your DeviantArt page, as if you somehow made the content yourself. 2 usually applies here, but this is also a violation of DeviantArt's terms of service in most applicable cases. 4) Use Noesis to rip and convert everything under the sun to a gmod ragdoll. (see 1) 5) Rip and sell, even in modified form, copyrighted content that belongs to someone or something else. This is one of the worst things you can do, and if you don't understand why it's disrespectful (and in most countries, illegal), you must have been raised in a den of murdering whores. 6) Generally fail to adhere to certain standards of creative decency and respectful attribution. (see 1-5) If you're guilty of any of these things, knock it off.

Oh wow, if you use noesis to port these models, its against the creator's rules. Read the readme for the newest version of noesis (3.3).
I doubt that they care.
Really? Really?
I doubt that they care.
Obviously they do, if they took the time to write that in. And if people read, and i hope they do.
Obviously they do, if they took the time to write that in. And if people read, and i hope they do.
No not them, i mean the users.
No not them, i mean the users.
Probably, but the out come from this would probably means that noresis will be removed, no more updates, or that it will be private instead, if anyone foolish enough decide to not ask before releasing. Worst case, they will remove their website or close it down, and only allow certain people after. [editline]13th June 2011[/editline] Do no be foolish to simply go with "i don't give a shit" approach, you're only making it worse, if you decide not to respect the owners request.

Which some people probably dont.
Then i guess it won't end well.
Great, now were never going to get a Duke ragdoll
Why ?
Oh wow, if you use noesis to port these models, its against the creator's rules. Read the readme for the newest version of noesis (3.3).
A bunch of people already ported models to gmod that they used noesis to extract. Nobody gave a shit.
A bunch of people already ported models to gmod that they used noesis to extract. Nobody gave a shit.
Same thing goes for, say, 99% of shit ported to Source from games running on other engines. Nobody gives a fuck. Unless they happen to be working for Bohemian Interactive.
Same thing goes for, say, 99% of shit ported to Source from games running on other engines. Nobody gives a fuck. Unless they happen to be working for Bohemian Interactive.
Ba-Zing!
A bunch of people already ported models to gmod that they used noesis to extract. Nobody gave a shit.
Then nobody gives a shit when he decide to remove the program after, something like this always happens.
Then nobody gives a shit when he decide to remove the program after, something like this always happens.
He didn't remove it when people ported the models before, why would he start now?
He didn't remove it when people ported the models before, why would he start now?
Didn't you notice he just added those rules, recently, on 3.3, now he starting it and letting everyone else know about it. Change of mind, or just starting to notice, from gmod (seeing how he even mention it too, so he now know or started to care) And there are people on this forum that would will rant to him if they see it.
-snip- [editline]14th June 2011[/editline]
OH GOD! MY EYES!! don't show glassesless duke, that's bad Well.
Why? He didnt wear glasses in Duke 1 and Duke 2.
Why? He didnt wear glasses in Duke 1 and Duke 2.
But he looks more badass with them
But he looks more badass with them
yeahh!
But he looks more badass with them
Doesnt mean he looks bad without them.
