Today stuff made is to much based on the '' quality '' of it. The character design was incredible and i would choose the timesplitters simple design over the crysis engine any day. But if people want to do a reskin then go ahead

Dolphin emulator, its a gamecube emulator. Then use 3dripperDX to rip from it. Pretty simple really, altho future perfect is hard to get working. The release of this is coming very soon
