Omg, it just haven't the correct texture applied. Just make a blank light yellow texture, detach the front lights from the mesh and apply the blank texture. Same thing with the windows.
By the way, fix the smoothing on the wheels. They are blocky.

The error happened when I put the gaz2975 model in hammer editor
Please fix....I want to use the model and make a map....
I think that error means the model has too many polygons...so you should delete some polygons.
For example,the engine in bottom of the car.
I can't delete it because my 3ds max is demo version...
