Its just the politically correct term. They're more often referred to as Hajis...
Nitpicking aside; these are some pretty good models and would work nicely for Afghani or Iraqi army, but the thigh rigging is really akward. It looks like it bends below the pelvis. Also the wrists can move too much, and the knees are either really big or really flat.
