Ok, things i noticed:
1.Needs animations for death, driving, hoverboard driving, and more...
2.Textures are working (well, if you call 3/4 working)
3.I still can't find solution for the greenish look of the belt
4.I'm invisible

I put in a fix for the textures you'd just named them wrong. As for the invisible I have no idea whats going on there, but then it was not acting normal in HLMV.

The belt and feet are green compared to other parts of body

I'm not sure that it's under that floor (i'm standing on the platform), and my weapons are also invisible (except a bit of grvity gun beam)

Oh, i think i know what we did wrong, could u edit the QC, i mean, edit the animations in QC, and put what you think are the best (from animations and stuff, i only want combine sounds)
The model may not be properly rigged to the Valve Biped skeleton. It is possible that there is extra/missing bones for it to work with NeoTokyo.

It is yes, but I think the bones have been moved when rigging it, which would explain the weirdness.

Yea, it definitely is not snapped to the skeleton when compiled with the player animations. The best solution is to re-rig the model to the skeleton.

The anims work ok in HLMV, they are just... um sideways? Yes thats possibly the best way of putting it ~.~

Haha, I was just about to open it in HLMV. If they were just sideways you should be able to at least see the animations on his side in game. Is it possible that the models skeleton has been moved from its origin position?

You could try setting the refence smd as a sequence then just use alingto <reference sequence name> for every other sequence. Might work
