As I stated in my post, I also used NinjaRipper but all programs gave models partially or distorted. But I must say that I have little to none knowledge of modelling so maybe it can fixable.
You can view and export your player head mesh in NifSkope indeed but it has no modifiers applied on it a.k.a. default head mesh. So it's not the thing I'm looking for I'm afraid.
Oh, my bad.
About programs to export your head- check this one

Meanwhile i'll try to rip from New Vegas and see what i can do to fix models distorion...
Edit:
Okay, i've tried NinjaRipper 1.5.2 x86 (x32) version, with Intruder mode (i had ENB installed, so i was forced to remove d3d9.dll and some enb-related files to other directory)
I've made a scene rip in a nice cell with not many props rendered, so i could focus on importing the face.
So, in interval of 30-50 .rips imported i've found my character's face, with right texture applied.
Also, for convinience- set X rotation to 0, and z to 180 in importer menu
Normals of planes are inverted, so if you're using 3ds Max you should press RMB with mesh selected/Convert to editable poly/Then in modify tab-Selection-Element-CTRL+A-Flip
Now i just want to check if geometry is changed in RaceMenu, will it affect the rip....

Ripper kinda fucks up some hairstyles or it's just me, who can't set texture transparency right)

Let's compare

You can see the difference, right?)

Shamefully, you'll have to do a lot of texture editing, because ripper won't get all adjustments was made if editor for face and hair color, at least for me.
Also, if you use 4GB enabler for FNV, i suggest you run game for ripping by ordinary .exe, just in case)
If you are using custom races, i', sure it'll work same way.
Also i suggest you to use SageThumbs for easy preview .dds, cause for my case, normals for face was kinda in the end of the list, while diffuses on the beggining.

Thank you so much for the info man :) I'll definitely give it another shot and will post the results here.
Is there an option to extract all ripped files at once?
is it possible to rip scene with intel GPA?

Yes, but UVs maybe still gonna be broken, plus all props n models will be exported in default position, so you will have to assemble it yourself
