Haha, don't worry. I'm having strong headaches these days, so I'm not in the mood to model anything. As soon as it get's better, I'll be back at work.
However, the picture frames are finished. Just haven't tested them yet.

I guess you mean ALL the models? If so, they are meant to be clean since you can get dirty models from Half-Life etc.

The HL2 stuff fits HL2-Roleplay. Right. But this stuff doesn't fit to urban roleplay...

Planned, yea. I hope I'll find some time... just got home from my father's birthday, so I'm not sure if I want to do anything now :P ;)
But be sure to find one the next time, one-day holidays the next week so a little more time.
This looks great, I'd download this even though I don't play RP. Here's a suggestion: ragdolled furniture! You know, like cabinets with swinging doors, and pillows that aren't rock solid.

You know, I never thought of that. Even the spacebuild model pack has nothing but ship parts and some concrete structures. This would make it feel like you've actually colonized a planet, and not just parked your ship on it.
People will have to fight for not losing planets to the other colony... will be interesting.
You've done a fuck-ass awesome job on the Kitchen stuff.

Combine that with the popular Gcombat, and you can have air ships attacking the colony, the colony firing artillery back, and destruction to vehicles and homes everywhere! SpaceBuild maps usually have small planets though, so a mapper should make a map with 2 large planets with hollow insides on opposite sides (corners, maybe), and 2 or 3 planets in the center.

Your models make RP more clean and peaceful looking. Someone's gonna need to make a new RP that doesn't have gangsters runnng around everywhere, though maybe citizens don't have to be complete saints...
