I only said that because I thought the UV's would be fucked beyond recognition, turns out they weren't. So I'll probably skin it and finish it. Though I may need some help on skinning, namely the torso, if someone can reskin the torso area of the material to look nude, that'd help alot.

If you mean help with the nipples...well, Google Image Search (tweaked to only accept large images) can provide you with some high-quality nipples to skin onto your model...I'd recommend UVing the nipples as a seperate part from the torso so you don't have to spend 30 minutes aligning the nipple texture to the proper place on the chest. I hate to admit it, but I've found that the best way of getting textures is to get pictures yourself. If you don't know anyone willing to be pasted onto a nude model, then, again, try Google Image Search. With photoshop, you can match the textures in color pretty damn well, so you can avoid having a Frankentit. The trick is getting it to not stretch too much.
