thing is yours is better because if you uninstall l4d2, you'd need to download it again. other wise all the spawnlists are nothing.
I have a problem
I downloaded the pack, extracted and i put into addons folder
the infected and weapons don't have any problem
but all survivors eye/iris missing, and the models don't have face poses, but have finger poses...

As for the eye problem, theres a fix for that. search l4d survivors on gmod. There should be a "hi res" version, but thats not the point. theres a link on the disc leading to a fix for the eyes

Well judging from the low quality, I say you don't have a great PC. L4D1 and 2 survivors require a good comp to see their eyes, sucks I know
My PC is good, i can run GMoD at best configs... anyway i read troubleshooting on other thread, but i have Torrented Gmod 10, so i downloaded some packs from L4D survivors to fix it, but all survivors from other packs have pink n black eyes, and no face poses...
Is my problem may be the video/graphics card?

Abit of a bump I combined all the packs in too one except the l4d1 I'm hoping it'll work an I know theres spawn icons but is there a spawn list?
Okay that worked but now the eyes are there but have a slight pink/black checkered texture?
An the survivors cant have their face posed.......
