Well, thanks to @Joe_Black777J I managed to get Scott Ryder over to SFM; he's missing his helmet, because I don't know how to do bodygroups. Still he's usable, expect him to show up on the SFM Workshop eventually.

I'm actually porting him over to Gmod at the moment. If you'd like, go ahead and add me. Though I'm not sure if you added his specular and emmissive maps. I'm just fixing the normals up now, adding a shine to the visor and he'll be up on the workshop with the creators given proper credit.

Well I definitely say you did a much better job on getting Ryder to Source than I did, so well done.
(not a hard task though, because I'm bad at stuff)
I am doing a quick SFM port of my own with all the bodygroups for SFM. It's also easy to use GMAD with HFGVenator's Gmod port but I'll have one up soon-ish.
The eyes are severely jacked up... I also feel like this doesn't look like Scott a whole lot... but I have a custom Ryder so I don't know what his actual in game model looks like or if the ripping changed something. Oh well.

[B]@Stealth2111: [/B]Yeah the mesh around the eyes was a bit funky and was clipping in to the actual eyes. I only noticed it at the end and edited the face mesh a bit to make it less obvious. And yeah, all the characters look a bit different in game but I can't figure out if it's just the crazy lighting in game.

He has body groups for all the armor, an additional flap slot for the chest and, 3 options for his helmet. Plus the clear and dark tinted visor. You should really make sure you aren't skipping half of the material setup process. It looks like there's no gloss map (or specular) and it looks like the armor is all rubber. I understand you want to get things done but you're really, really not doing the models justice. Here's PBR with toolbag 2, didn't take an awful long time.

Go for it. I'll add your head to my model b/c I was having a lot of trouble weightpainting the hair properly. If you want to add a bit of gloss to the armor pieces use the speculars and have your $phong set right
Would it be too hard to get the Arks and the skybox of Meridian? I've always wanted to play around with a Dyson Sphere.

As I said, they are still WIP, I am not great with textures at all, The phong and lighting with the first images wasn't a good example, but I am open to suggestions and help. I only use GIMP and VMT editor for my stuff.
Proper smoothing would do wonders as well.

I'll drop a link here to the clean textures once I'm done. It's static for the moment unless someone rigs it. Doors don't really need it since there's no interior anyway :P
