So I gave the IK rig a crack. I think the naming convention that the skeleton is built with is what is fucking up the IK rig.
I considered decompiling the model and slightly adjusting the rig and changing the bone names and such for the IK rig to fit more smoothly, but I decided that's more effort than it's worth.
I tried, though. If someone else wants to give the IK rig a try, just be aware you'll probably need to get the bone names modified and the rigging modified slightly first.
Will those DKoK be available for GMod?
I'm going to let you run wild with that question CDR.

Seriously though ive got some good plans with these guys if i ever get the chance to animate them proprely.

Well, I'm still doing skins for the Marine models, but its taking awhile cause I'm going through every chapter in the How To Paint Space Marines, also several more so I'm looking at 100+ Chapter skins, when I got them done I will be handing them over to Wraith to hex them. So this thread ain't dead.

Or maybe we've just taken a break from stuff dealing with models. Not to mention the SDK was horribly horribly broken for a while.

Just remember to set up the skins
SMtexturefolder/chaptername/chapter.vtfs And add to it a corresponding VMT which points to the right textures - normals in the base directory and diffuses in the chapter directory.
Makes it simple to recompile it. All you have to do is change the texture path then.

It appears that the hands and heads on the normal troopers are purple. Did I install the pack wrongly? The games that I own are CS:S, all HL2 stuff, TF2, and DoD:S.

For some reason, the Imperial Guards are not appearing in the menu. I'm trying to use this with the updated Garry's Mod, and I edited the file correctly so that it will appear in the game. Everything works except the Imperial Guard citizen files. Any idea on how to fix this?
Yeah I don't really want to bump this but I'm having the same issue as DBuilder here.
