Going by a few BL books emperor titans had knees that were roughly at 200m-500m. Keep in mind that a number of emperor loadouts are used against ships in high orbit to deny them lance strikes. You need to be big for that.
Emperors are basically walking fortresses. There's a citadel on the back and each of the legs can hold a platoon of Astartes IIRC.

I've always wondered how/if the Imperium transports those things on/off planet.
Imagine fighting Space Marines and having a fuckin' Imperator hot-dropped on your head.
Don't they have really big ships though?
Wouldn't surprise me if one of those titans would fit into it.

It depends on the source you're looking at, but no matter what - they are definitely on the big side.
I can't remember which book it was, but I remember a light cruiser or an escort being something like nearly 20 miles long. So if small ships like that are that big, i'd imagine that the troop transports would be around there. Again, that's only according to that source. Most others place them more around the one mile mark, which seems much more reasonable. Of course the size would be bigger again for Mechanicus ships and roughly the same for transports. This smaller size is the one I prefer to believe. (I'm all for grand over compensation in the 40k universe, but 20 miles for an escort is just way too far fetched for my liking.)
Essentially, it ranges from "really big" up to "stupidly huge."

i've been searching high and low for one since my pc got wiped.....so i'm hoping that somone will still have one that they can upload or something.

Most common calcs I've heard of is a range between 3km and 30km on the imperial battleships.

Titan Legions have their own types of drop ships which are large enough to land the entire legion. For instance, the Legio Damnatus was destroyed in it's entirety when their landing craft was shot down during the Horus Heresy.
So they have ships large enough to carry them all, yet not so large they can't make land fall.
I think in that situation it's just a bit of bending rules.
That shit would have to be huge to transport a legion. I mean like, the size of a small country huge.

They have transporter craft for them. Remember that the imperium has transporters that can take 10 mechanised regiments to a planetary surface.

I'd say make it just a bit larger, if that's possible. Maybe 1.5x the current size.
