Just walk into his base with your necrons and kill it + necron lord does the most building damage of all heroes I think. Tau in dow are - build firewarriors, kill everything at range. Build more firewarriors. Build a pathfinder to kill a vehicle with your firewarriors. Go kayun. Murder everything with your firewarriors across the entire map. Speaking of Tau, I could have sworn someone made a detailed model of the pulse carbine(it was a Fallout 3 port I believe). Anyone else remember that?
As a matter of fact, I think I know what you're talking about. It was Dtmech who made the Carbine, along with Pulse Rifle and Rail Rifle ages ago. I still have the models if your after them mate.

i've decided to get this thing done, released and out of the way at this point. currently there are three versions - basic, beasty legs, beasty legs with wings - and i think that's enough. has several horn bodygroups now too. [img]http://files.1337upload.net/daemonprince_wings-19f54f.jpg[/img] coloring the armor colors the wing surfaces too due to Source's limitations but it's not a big issue really the whole thing still needs tweaking and fixing, rigging and texture wise mostly. might have to change the skeleton here and there too. the wing rigging for example is awfully limited right now, and i'm still not quite sure how many rigged segments the tail should have if i work hard i might be able to push it out tomorrow night. i'll release it here and on DeviantArt because i dunno how the Workshop works. first i'll get someone to give it arm IK though - leg IK won't work due to the whole double knee thing
Wouldn't it work to have the second knee as the ankle/foot and the hooves as the toes?
why the fuck i didn't think of that that solves the IK problem then i guess, now i'll just go fetch my super secret super trusted SFM partners and get someone of them to make the IKs

I've been spending most of my time off-work writing, so that's my reasons Joazzz. I forgot all about Tartaros pattern armour, really. It was the Big Lipped Alligator Moment in terms of the initial HH releases. Still is, when you think about it - I mean sure, we get at least one unit wearing it for each book, but last time I read through the books released so far, I found very little information pertaining to it.
i'm not expecting anyone to participate in everything i do regarding this 100% of the time i'd just be happy to recieve a little more input so i'd know what the hell people want [editline]26th August 2014[/editline] happened when i posted about my plans for the retextures too. said it would be great if willing reskinners started "reserving spots" and absolutely no-one responded. too late for that shit now though because i've already rethought my plans for the mass reskinning phase.
