This collection of models is incredible, the standards are the best I've ever seen for a collection; your doing an excellent job. I'm especially hyped about this because I'm in the process of starting up a WH40K Imperial Guard RP Server, our mod of which is in production, but these models if rigged in to player models would be the icing on the cake.

How many models.[/QUOTE]once the Tartaros Terminator is done i'll take care of all the bodygroups for it and the two other variants, and i'll make Chaplain and Librarian versions of the Indomitus pattern. then i'll make a Scout and that's pretty much it. there will be some tweaking and detail bit additions, and then i'll just have to compile all the models for the Legions and Chapters, and then the huge reskinning phase starts. i'll take care of the weapons while that's being done. I think the best part about all this is the custom modeling for all the missing stuff.
It's like this started as a port job and just escalated into a full scale recreation.
Oh I can understand that, my first priority would be to get the Imperial Guards as working player models anyway, hopefully that's a lot easier. But if that's a nod then I'll go ahead and try and hire somebody! :)

Nemesis force weapons will be made when i get to the Grey Knights themselves
Chainfist will be a bodygroup for the Power Fist
i'll put together all sorts of Power melee weapons so there will be axes, swords, halberds etc. there will be several styles and versions of each type.
