i will! i'll design the interior myself since the official miniature version is shit, and every door will be openable (provided that there's no sponson installed on it, in the case of the side hatches). i'll also make it so that different side turrets have different kinds of things inside the side hatch slots - lascannons get uge zoggin battereez, flamers have fuel tanks and so on. makes more sense than installing the vulnerable ammo on the outside eh? i'll also have to figure out where to put the driver's seat and how to make the top hatches make sense, ie. so that they can be climbed into from the inside without requiring a Battle Brother to lift you. the base model will be just a Land Raider without armaments, and the different Patterns will all be accessed through bodygroup options. AND once again all the assault cannon barrels and such will be rigged for full animation compatibility. this will all require EXTREME refurbishing, re-modeling and re-shaping and of course making things from scratch but it'll be worth it. i'll give the Rhino chassis the same treatment when the time comes! i like how fast things are going forward lately, if i keep up the pace i'll get to the delicious part - Dreadnoughts - in no time after all these vehicles are done i'll have to make sure all the Marine stuff works - texture masks, bodygroup options, weapons - so i'll probably be making another Chapter myself before the Great Reskinning starts. thinking of doing Blood Angels for that. the final bug-squashing will take some time because i want to be absolutely thorough with this. oh, and i'll make a cape, a separate rigged model that can be slapped onto the desired Honor Guard/Captain/Chapter Master/elite dude with bling and dosh. it'll be white so you can color it yourself and it'll be an universal kind of thing without specific Chapter/Legion symbols on it. banners will be made too! no Company banners, but Legion and Chapter banners for sure! AAAAAALSO: every Marine will be skingrouped. every fucking one. each and all of them. why? the skingroups will change the detail textures applied to them. what detail textures? the battlefield role badges! the shit they slap on their right side pauldrons to indicate what sort of unit each Astartes fights in: Tactical, Devastator, Assault, Command Squad and so on. i think i won't make more than that. for this to work, i'll have to use $selfillum tricks to make the eye glow, since currently that shit uses a detail texture. when this is up and running, every jetpacking, bolter-shooting, plasma cannon-carrying and Iron Halo-boasting fuckhead will have the correct icon on their right pauldron and the Chapter symbol on the left one. this will require a few extra VMTs to work, but only for the main power armor textures, of which there are two by default so it won't be much extra work. for the original Legions i'll include a skingroup that shows the appropriate Legio number. and as a final thing for the vehicles i'll make transparent Chapter badge meshes that are applied to all the METUHL BAWXEZ in the appropriate places and can be changed by reskinning a single texture

i think i'll just remove the bolts both from the mesh and the texture, they're just unnecessary detail that even the Thunderhawk doesn't have Land Raider Achilles pic coming soon
