i'm taking care of Deathwatch myself, might make it so that to use a Deathwatch member of a certain chapter you need to have that Chapter's file downloaded

You could probably get away with making a general deathwatch marine and then just having a different shoulder per chapter. It could just borrow the materials from other chapter folders that way.

Ultramarines seems a bit small, why not add the Heralds of Ultramar to that list?

Yes sir, they are. If it's not possible, it's totally understandable. It's just a suggestion anyway. Don't have to take it if you feel like it's too much of a hassle. You've already made all of this, so I don't see how anyone could ask/demand more from you. It would be ungrateful to "insist" on making a specific chapter, especially if it is time-consuming. :smile:
