No that's a Hellgun you're talking about. A Hotshot is an ammo type for a Longlas, which is a sniper variant of the lasgun.

Check the OP for the updated version, which now includes Bayonet bodygroup and prop.
The bayonet texture isn't perfect, so feel free to improve it if you think you can.

do i have to prove it? in the most up to date game they changed the name of the hell gun, now if they removed it compleetly what are the kasrkin storm troopers in the bourd game going to use.... std lasguns, they use hotshots now they are one and the same just a new name.
now back to topic.... m8 for some reason i only get a white lasgun do i need that skin changer to get the others or do i delete the colours i dont want?
Yes, you need a STool that lets you change the skin, or you can use the console command, although I forgot what that is.
