Same here, the xenomorph normals have extracted just fine but the rest of the textures are solid black. (Tried texconv, didn't work)

This one works fine, except the Alien texture seems to be the wrong colour compared to in-game appearance, unlike the Ripley textures...? Bummer, I was actually just about to see if anyone had pulled anything new using his extractor as it stood... Would further donations help? Loved the way it was going!
I might note that the XNAlara Xenomorph is missing part of its skull. The "dome" is supposed to be semi-transparent, and the skull visible underneath. The XNAlara 'morph only has the dome, with nothing under it.

I've kinda got tired of waiting and have started going in and getting what characters I can. I run into errors every now and then while extracting model parts from some levels, but so far I've found a solid chunk of characters. Unfortunately I'm useless beyond the point I got to with this particular file, but the compiling of the model and the extracting and attaching of the skeleton is already done, someone just needs to convert the .DDS files and finish the bastard up. More than happy to do more (assuming I have the pieces) if someone's willing to finish them off... Anyway, here's ASH...
