If you have these models setup (sorry, I don't know all that is involved with this) could you have a release for them all? I mean if it isn't a lot of trouble for you. I think they all would work well in Gmod.
Okay, so, I finished actually skinning the Kingdom Key. I now have a decently skinned model(hoping someone might improve this for me. :) ). I compiled the model using Studio Compiler. I set everything up. The VMT's right, the material and model files are all in the right place. I have the spawn menu set up correctly. I go into Gmod, spawn the keyblade, and I hear a clanking sound, but no visual model! The collision is there, obviously. It's about the right size, too. I check the console, and it says:

Sorry, I can't read the screen right now, i didn't catch that.
But it is not shiny nor glossy. It is supposed to look very magical, it should be bright but it should not shine at all.

The Kingdom Key isn't [i]bright[/i] in KH, anyway.
It's a basic, dull texture. Skinning from scratch is not a strong suit of mine.

Hmm that happened to me as well, i think it had to do with something in the mdl. make sure all the area are in the right place.
Oh god Roxas is back.. Roxas get out of here nobody likes you here so just leave.(Besides it doesn't matter if it is shiny or not)

I can't help with merely a error. It's like Lua, I need all the references and instances. In this case, your .smds and .qc.

Roxas2007 should banned. I've been looking back in this thread. On the first page alone he rated almost EVERY post "dumb".
He should be banned for abuse of the rating system, excessive flaming, and molestation/harassment.

Okay, but yeah. I'm thinking about making two different releases. One with the somewhat cartoony normal Kingdom Hearts skins, and one with more realistic skins(this one I will need help on, as I'm not great at skinning from scratch).
That way, should someone want something similar to Kingdom Hearts, they can have them. And should someone want more realism(to match bipeds in Gmod), they can have them. Everybody wins!
Ahh. It sucks that I just got that done before I got off the computer. When I get home I'll work on more. After fixing the Kingdom Key, of course.
