Probably the model rip you have. Works fine for me.

Okay I figured out that the models where all inside the installation folder of the game itself. If you look closely, there is a folder named Marvel Heroes Game\Unrealengine3\MarvelGame\CookedPCConsole where all things in the game are in .upk format. This format can certainly be converted to a more usable state like Pepsiguy shared. I don't know how yet.
And another edit : [URL="http://www.gildor.org/en/projects/umodel"]Gildor's UE Viewer[/URL] is what to use to view and convert .UPK format. Didn't tested it, I will test it tonight at home.
If I am correct you have to use the Gildor UModel program to extract/convert the contents of the UPK files to PSK. From there I believe you can use a program like Noesis to convert the PSK to another format.

It looks like that with just UE Viewer, we can get everything we like. All the models are already in the game's folder. Look at the printscreens I did. It's incredible. We were trying to do this complicated with NinjaRipper and we had this tool under our noses....

No worries, thanks anyways. Been looking for it for a while but can't seem to find it anywhere.
I'd be more than happy to get both Winter Soldier AND that White Queen if someone can tell me exactly what I should be doing to get the textures. I've tried Ninja Ripper and didn't get any response from it. I'm running the Steam based version too. In fact, I'd be happy to provide anyone with models from this, because I'm keen to get at a few myself... I just need to know how to get the textures out.
To get textures from steam version here is what i did . I guesse ninja ripper only rips from tje 32bit version of the game , here is what you do go to folder steam,steamapps,common,marvel heroes,unrealengine,binaries. In this folder are the 32 and 64bit folders for the game. Rename 32bit to 64bit ,change 64bit to something else. Now when ever you get updates a new 32bit folder will apear , copy and paste it to the renamed 64dit. Now right click on ninjaripper and run as administrator use d11 injector and run the steam.exe , start game and rip away.
