I do feel hurt knowing you won't release that. However, could you give me a detailed tutorial in how you exactly took the two captures and everything else involved, please? I do still look forward to Hironaga's model though.
It's very complicated, the pcsx2 emulator is very buggy. I was making a video tutorial, but at the end the model wouldn't import.
problem: if your two captures are different sizes, it won't work. pcsx2, seems to be hiding geometry, when it's off the screen. or even the polygons that are not shown behind the character, not facing the camera.
there are still lots of bugs, so many it be pointless to make a full out tutorial.
Also it took me a good 2 days to get the model I posted. you still have all the old problems from 3dripperdx, plus you'd have to re-UV the entire character. Cause I don't know if you've tried xenosaga3 on psx2 before. But there is only two plugin's and the one used for ripping, doesn't support UV's
I see. No, I haven't tried, but I want to and that's why I'm asking so many questions. I understand it's going to be hard process, but to me, very worth it. If I may, could I know if you have a messenger of the sorts, so that I can contact you and ask you questions so I don't fill this thread with me asking so much?
Okay, it's a tad early but since I promised a release this weekend I'm going to release this version. I will tell you all now it is not done! She's only about half unwrapped and you'll have to clone some of her parts and there are no textures and she's not rigged.. but you can stare at her all you want or play with it yourself or do whatever. This pack also includes the original body I made to wear all of the armor. So, you can play with that too. They are both OBJ files so.. have fun until I can get the real thing out.

Is it going to be up soon? I'm just shooting this one out because I don't like breaking promises (I never promised it would be finished by this weekend~) If DM is coming up soon I will have the full release version loaded for over there since that's where I first announced it.

I'm kinda still trying to figure out that myself, cause right now I can't combine two captures of a different size. so teaching you broken tricks on software you've never used is pointless. not to mention, you've likely got below average computer skills. This is very hard to work with, when you don't even know how to find a file. and if i discover this is the case, I won't further with any discussions on it.

Well, I've got a new update for Kosmos here.. it's small but kind of important; because she has a face now! My Kosmos will have several options on it's final release.. including the ability to see what's under her armor. don't get too excited though, you'll only be able to see the machine parts she's made up of underneath. It's extra work but it adds a little something extra to the release too. Well, I hope you guys like it.. I'm trying to finish it up as soon as I can.

Its still being worked on; It's texture work is at about 35%. I've had a lot to do lately so I haven't even been able to devote time to my projects. Since I have more invested in this one it might take a little longer than the others but its coming.
Nice to hear about your progress. I know that feeling of not having time to devote to project. It's good to see that you are taking your work seriously though.

Kosmos? Oh, I threw that piece of junk in the trash. I have a new model called Telos, you'll love it! I'm just kidding.. Kosmos is coming along steadily but I'm not ready to show off whats been going on. I'm working on some things that will make her stand out as a project instead of a one use model. You'll see what I'm talking about as soon as she's done. It's nothing completely spectacular, but it'll be something you might like. Especially since I'm going to be giving this stuff away. What I'm trying to do basically involves a little bit of reworking on the model to make things work the way I want them to. She's low poly.. but it doesn't mean I want it to be cheap. Be patient like you have been and you'll get it her soon enough.

What did happen to the Riging idea
I honestly don't know. I've looked at that site but apparently whoever is working on it hasn't got too far or has stopped working on it. All I have is mariokart64n's method of ripping and putting together the models.
