I get the models with bones :3, and I dont know what your trying to do, if you found sherry or claire? import them to 3ds max to show that the hair is messed up??

Help what? Spam the thread? All the posts in here are mostly all of yours. Just go get a new graphics card. That's probably the problem with your models looking like shit when you spawn them. If you don't want to get a graphics card then you'd have to deal with the models and their problems. It isn't a problem to us since we have good graphic cards.

I am actually having the same issue with Sherry's hair but since it's only me and him maybe it is the video card(though Claire was perfect)

it does look ugly but I tried a lot of ways to no advail of fixing it, there are two hair vmts, put $alphatest 1 in both the vmts and it might make it look better, but the hair wont look as nice alpha wise
I'm pretty sure that hair bug is there because both the inside and outside polies of the hair have the same smoothing group applied. So no, it's not unfixable, it's actually easy to fix.

the mesh itself on import is one mesh, and I tried deleting the inside polys, stranegly enough it deletes both polys while only selecting one, ill see if I can fix it later, but im thinking while exporting to smd it might have grouped the second pair of polys
