Awesome release.
Could you add an urban camo variant for the operators?
Hey guys, sorry if I'm digging up a dead thread, but I've started posing with the models 3 days ago, and the eyes are all checkered. I've searched constantly for a fix, so I mean, why not come to the model author right? Here's what it looks like. And I'll post the eye VMT files as well.
"EyeRefract" { "$Iris" "models\MovieSF/eye" // Iris color in RGB with cornea noise in A "$AmbientOcclTexture" "models\MovieSF/eye-extra" // Ambient occlusion in RGB, A unused "$Envmap" "models\MovieSF/eye-reflection-cubemap-" // Reflection environment map "$CorneaTexture" "models\MovieSF/eye-cornea" // Special texture that has 2D cornea normal in RG and other data in BA // "$lightwarptexture" "models\MovieSF/eye_lightwarp" // This enables TF NPR lighting "$EyeballRadius" "0.5" // Default 0.5 "$AmbientOcclColor" "[0.33 0.33 0.33]" // Default 0.33, 0.33, 0.33 "$Dilation" "0.5" // Default 0.5 "$ParallaxStrength" "0.25" // Default 0.25 "$CorneaBumpStrength" "1.0" // Default 1.0 "$halflambert" "1" "$nodecal" "1" // These effects are only available in ps.2.0b and later "$RaytraceSphere" "0" // Default 1 - Enables raytracing in the pixel shader to make the eyeball look round "$SphereTexkillCombo" "0" // Default 1 - Enables killing pixels that don't ray-intersect the sphere // DX8 ps.1.1 fallbacks, original HL2 eyes "Eyes_dx8" { "$basetexture" "models/humans/eyeball_l" "$iris" "models/humans/pupil_l" } } And the second.
Re-install game :P
XD I've tried that.
1. Did you check to make sure all of the files needed are where they are supposed to be (I.E., no misplaced/missing files, no deleted files, etc.) for the models? 2. If all of the needed files are present, have you tried loading the models into a model viewer to see if they're having issues finding the .VMT files they need?
You have to change your DirectX settings. Try typing this into the console: mat_dxlevel 110
