To create mods(plugins) with classes for example.
... WHY? Why dont you just play TF2 then?
There are mods like capture the flag for css would be helpful to have class models. Example: Pyro - P90, Sniper - AWP, Scout- Scout, Soldier - M4A1, Medic - P90, Demo - granade, engy - usp, spy -knife, heavy - machine gun

If I play tf2, but for my css server that many people do not play tf2 You have the css? that I do not think you understand ... Is for use on a server, not for personal use
If I play tf2, but for my css server that many people do not play tf2 You have the css? that I do not think you understand ... [editline]21st June 2011[/editline] Also, if they dont play TF2, then tell them...i dont know... to play frickin TF2.
You do not understand anything in the css with a Plugin allows players of the game to choose a model, it would be good were all but so far there are only 2 available.
You do not understand anything in the css with a Plugin allows players of the game to choose a model, it would be good were all but so far there are only 2 available.
Oh no, i understand fine, i just think its not worth anyones time, and its a stupid idea. A really, really, really, stupid idea. [editline]21st June 2011[/editline] Why dont you get models that actually fit the games style, thats already rigged to the game, instead of getting some guy to manually resize the TF2 models and rig them to CS:S which would make them look like deformed scrunched up unfitting blobs, that would probably take a long time to do.
You do not understand anything in the css with a Plugin allows players of the game to choose a model, it would be good were all but so far there are only 2 available.
Nobody wants to download your shitty serverside content, it takes forever just to join a damn game because of people like you, just play Counter-Strike like a normal person and leave this thread. I said it a million times before in this thread and I'll say it again.
NOBODY IS GOING TO MAKE THEM.
There are tons of reasons why this WILL NOT WORK so I'll tell you a few of them again. Even if someone does feel like doing this meaningless task, the models will be so distorted and warped out of their original form that they won't even look like the characters they're supposed to be. It's a pain in the ass to try to fit those large, disproportionate TF2 Characters on the smaller hl2 biped. I'm not even going to bother with the rest. Now just please, will a moderator lock this thread?
Sad, four years have gone by since Snood quit the models and so many people have given up since then. Anyone have links to Gmod TF2 playermodels in other topics since this one died?
I don't know if this is what your looking for guys, but here is something that looks like you guys were promised. It's something similar to what you wanted. It comes with the weapons, turrets, and other stuff implemented into Gmod. (this is NOT player models it just the weapons/ devices) http://gmod.gamebanana.com/skins/51953 Hopefully someone looks at this post, I even created this account just to tell you guys this...

SWEPs =/= player models, and this thread is about TF2 player models in GMod. That link you provided doesn't really help with anything.

I feel old as shit now.
SWEPS Not Player Models
Why would you make a new account to tell us this in a dead thread.
It's not dead if you guys check this place to see if something was posted....
It's not dead if you guys check this place to see if something was posted....
The reason why we saw this thread is because you bumped it and we saw it up here. The last post on this thread before you bumped it was 2011
It's not dead if you guys check this place to see if something was posted....
It WAS dead, and you just fucked it's corpse in public. Of course people will come and check out what's happening.

Here, some guy on Steam is making the models. He just did the Soldier: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=188368356 It's been a long time and it's finally here, I even played as him.

He did demoman too, but it's got the same problem. They both are just hexes from someone else's re-rigs with changed animations.
