I understand what he means. I can't even download stuff from workshop due to my computer hard drive busting and having to reinstall a new one, steam can't find my wifi when downloading things on it. I will try to add both.
To be fair, Gmod.org refuses to let me download anything despite me owning Gmod. And the workshop doesn't like me in general.
Don't know if it happens with anyone else.
