Now here's a good question that'll have people wondering for a while. (Keep em busy.)
Which do you think had better textures for the characters. Do Kain, Raziel and Mobius look better in Soul Reaver 2 or Defiance?
Soul Reaver 2 had better textures IMO, looked darker and cooler. Defiance had lighter textures and less detailed for some reason.
moebius looks better in sr2 thats for sure
Yeah, I was thinking that SR2 had better textures, but I didn't know if that was just me or if others thought so too.
Do you take requests? If you are do i have to have the models already in the .obj?

Yeah, that also sounds interesting. But the best substitute for the Thing models would be Necromorphs from Dead Space, but since no one ported those yet. (Well, one is ported, but I mean like the slasher necromorphs and the ones with tentacles)

i know how to run sr2 on windows xp:
1)install ur game normally
2)press the start button on ur desktop and click run
3)type regedit
4)choose HKEY_CURRENT_USER
5)choose software
6)choose Crystal Dynamics
7)choose Soul Reaver 2 then 1.00000
8)double click on a file called disablevshader
9)change the value from 0 to 1
10)play!!!

Decided to bump my thread with good reason, i'm going to be doing some more gmod ports over the next couple of weeks, so i've decided if people want somethings porting request them now. Again same as when I started this thread ages ago provide the mesh in a .obj or similar format and i'll rig it, after October I will be more than likely working on the mod project i'm currently working on now [B]BUT[/B] I may still port some models depends how much time I have anyway...

Gonna be a problem with both of those as i've lost them all months ago due to my hard drive corrupting so all my max files have being lost and the ones that I managed to save don't have the texture files so it kind of makes them pointless =/

I'm always doing model stuff just my own modeling from scratch now rather than ripping/extracting models. I have hit a snag that prevents me from doing anything tonight as all my compilers, games etc all need to be re-verified and redirected to the new folders etc etc, So as soon As I get up tomorrow I should have time to get this sorted and have something to upload tomorrow...bloody source engine and updates and nothing not working its starting to become the story of my life.
