1. SFM eyes ain't working.
2. Hair comb and eyelashes gets detached when other bones are moved.
Nothing more to report, good looking model as usual.

As for reflectiveness of the model not sure what to tone down to fix that.
Edit: when viewed in the model viewer said over shinyness is less apparent

might do that, it might also be the env texture lighting as well. if anything I'm working on the larger sized models but it's proving to be a huge pain in the ass. flexes don't want to export correctly and eyes bug out worse than missing textures.

Did you put $opaque or $mostlyopaque in the qc as well? That maybe another reason.
Also, what happened to that Sally model? It would be great to see a non-furry-approved version of her.

boneweights need to be fixed and flexes need to be done first.
as for her hair having those commands in them, nope not the case as neither command resides there

Honey doesn't really quallify as an OC anyway. She was re-added in Sonic The fighters 360 version.

This may seem off topic, but how do I go about ripping level models form sonic generations? Sort like thefrenchsim did for the green hill props?

Actually, not off-topic at all. Since Sonic Generations PC is moddable, you should be able to import and export with a mod tool. Or maybe use Ninja-Ripper (which I do not recommend to use all the time, it's pretty bad at times....) or anything that can capture a frame of a game and export the mesh and texture data.

All the programs I check require an installation of 3dsmax, which I don't have. Are there any good ripping programs that do not require this?

I do not know any ripping program that don't require 3D Max, but if you sign up on the 3D Max student program, you can get 3D Max for free. Use 2011 though, the later versions have alot of problems.

since you already use Deviant art, right click on you picture, select copy image location, on here paste the location between the img tags
