Sonic Boom stuff is also being worked on, mostly not by me though.
As for the eye size, it's a material override, made a smaller texture and swapped it out for it specifically for the video. I'd love to see if it's possible to make r_eyesize only apply to one model using python. It's probably not possible but it'd be interesting to try out.

I can't wait for these models, especially Sonic, Amy, Tails, Knuckles, Lyric, and Eggman.
I think Sonic Boom models will out after Apoc Hedgie done his Lost World pack, I'm also work some Lost World for his pack too. I have ask Apoc that he will work a flexes (a.k.a Faceposer) for them too.
So far, they're currently for SFM state...I'm quite hard to think about for Garry's Mod. I got some people asked for but I'm not really say for sure, because each characters has 128+ bones (subs arms and legs bones, and face bones) which I'm afraid Gmod can not handle it...
I just thinking if it is possibly to remove a bones after done a flexes, I guess Apoc Hedgie can do that.

the textures used aren't an exact match, but I used what I thought were suitable replacements since I didn't have the actual textures.
I even built that little bit with the cave to plug up the hole left in the model.

I wonder if someone could make a custom model of Neo Metal Sonic? As far as I know. He only appeared in the CGI cutscenes so he would probably have no model.

I myself tried to port that model into source, but stopped because of several issues with the mesh. Nice work!
Three months later, I've finally gotten off my lazy butt and finished up Cubot's model.

This ended up being roughly 80% custom overall, I've only re-used the hands and the eyes from SA-55's model for this since there was no other decent 3D models for 'em at the time I started working on this. I know the texturing is kinda simplistic, but then again it was the same way for SA-55's model in Unleashed (which I had used in the first place as reference material). I know there's the Mario & Sonic at the Soichi Olympics models that I could be using now, I'll be porting those too, just to give people an option. (Sonic Lost World's are incomplete -- Orbot has no hand textures, and Cubot's only a head!) But anyway, he, Orbot and SA-55 are all completely finished up and will be in the next Sonic pack update, after I get the alternate outfits for Amy (Olympics, Free Riders, Boom), Cream (Free Riders), Blaze (Olympics and Free Riders) and Vector (Free Riders) ported... sometime early March, barring any complications.

Fantastic! The only Issue I have with this is how his gun is modeled. I know this isn't your doing, but the guy that originally made the model kinda dropped the ball on the gun.

As long as Nibroc is fine with it you can go ahead, but if he's not, I'd suggest stopping.

Okay, I actually figure out for (custom) normal maps, which some models has weird normal maps? (I don't know what is called, but Source reads it in wrong way)
Took me for 2 days for create a better materials for them...and very complicated one. :P
Eggman is almost done for now, but I need to work on a-bit. Then I should go to work on other characters.
Remember, Sonic Boom models pack will out after Sonic Lost World pack is done. I cannot say that for sure if Apoc has done for it...I'm not rushing him.

I make Bocoe and Decoe 3D models from scratch from couple of months ago. I haven't been working for them for long time, oh well...
They looks kinda unfinished...but I felt somehow I am lack of to work on these. Maybe someone would help though... :P

So... I've been trying to do something with the model files from Sonic Boom I've got a while ago. And since people here succeeded at getting them into the sfm/gmod I think this is right place to ask this question: Anyone know why noesis exports anything except for .obj so it looks like model on the right side? (I suppose correct model should look like the left one) Maybe there is some export settings I should know about? Or better tool to export cryengine models? Or there is something in 3d package (maya) I should change?
I think it might be somehow associated with bones/skin but I'm not that good in 3d modeling to figure out this by myself.
