Because the only thing he's even doing is taking these Obsidian Conflict player models from [url=http://echizen0x.sakura.ne.jp/model_download.html]here[/url] and making them work as GMod player models (simple qc edits).
Finding MikuMikuDance models and rigging them for use as player models would actually require him to do something skillful.
