What you mean like what S-low did? Now tell me how many people complained or bitched at him when he charged for models that weren't his own? My opinion people who charge for something they haven't invested in time doing are a waste of space and don't know the challenge in actually looking into a modeling package and learning how to model. Now as for this the guy who modeled these to begin with released these free of charge so its upto him if someone can just nab his work for their own profit right?
If it was my work...let just say I would be very pissed off since I model stuff professionally now, which happens to be all my own work and seeing some facepuncher upload work that isn't there own...pffft seen it all over its one of the reasons i'm leaving gmod porting altogether.

also, if it makes him continuously rig more rag dolls then why not?
if all characters have pre-made rag dolls then I would also disagree,
giving him a tiny bit for his time on converting, rigging, for Gmod is not too much,.

Ad.fly links are referrers which, if clicked enough, garner the user a small profit. It's a small profit but still ethically wrong

While Mesark, who gets next to no credit, did:
-Create the whole model's mesh from scratch
-Rig it to the Valve skeleton
-Additional rigging for jigglebones
-Flexes for facial animations
-Unwrap it
-Create textures from scratch (including normalmap and VMT settings for phong etc.)
-Create a .qc from scratch
-Compile the whole thing, test it and eventually rinse and repeat to do any required fixes and tweaks
Without even downloading "your" models, I'm sure you didn't even recompile them properly by re-adding the jigglebones to the .qc, which the decompiler doesn't export.

Oh god, why aren't you giving Mesark credit for these models? They're some of the most high quality anime-styled models out there, he deserves 99.9% credit for this.
What the fuck I come into this thread to check out some anime models then I hit Drsalvador's posts where he is ragging on anime models and start in with some ratings to say how I feel about the subject then I catch on to what OP is really doing and by the end I end up agreeing with Drsalvador.
I mean I am all for new models/ragdolls of the anime variety but you have to admit what OP is doing is pretty underhanded. But I guess some of you guys just want to put blinders on for the sake of new content and to hell with the rest as long as you get what you want.

I like anime and all, but I'm just irritated about what OP is doing because I loved these models back on Obsidian-Conflict (they have a sort of sentimental value to some of the community over there) and it feels like someone is doing something terrible with these.
