The guy said if you want to finger pose use the joint tool. He posted a link for the tool in the Workshop description.
Seems like they hate the ragdoll mover for some reason.

Just a general consensus, what 3d programs is everyone here using?
I'm trying my best with Blender, but after learning from 3ds Max is tough to convert.

Wait, so which would be "easier" to use when getting a model like a Titan ported to Source; 3DS Max or Blender? I've been trying for a while to get one measly model from an Unreal game to Gmod/SFM with Max and I had no success whatsoever. I'm a bit confused since I'm still new to this.

It depends upon the program which you start out with. I learned modeling with 3ds Max 06, hence why I'm struggling with Blender.
If memory serves me correct, the modeling program serves mostly as a "clean up" program if you're just porting; fixing tris, posing, scaling. The real magic happens with programs like Crowbar. That's where you'll need to know your QC files and file structure. I'm not the best person to ask though, it's been ages since I've worked in the Source Engine.
Edit: It's best to pick a modeling program, and just learn it inside and out. It might take a week or two, but once you know the basics, it'll be your "easy" program. :)
So... how is this released Titan any different from the one straight out of the game, exactly?

That's some fancy guns. Will it have grenade launchers?
There's no infantry grenade launchers, closest thing is the mag launcher that fires magnetic mines and the sidewinder that fires tiny rockets.

Did you smooth it before saving it as .SMD ?
Pardon the newbie question, but how do I fix the animation models like female_core? I tried decompiling some of them in Crowbar and they didn't create any SMDs.

Most of the weapons also had problems with the physics model, so I fixed them by making the lowest LOD (lod3) a physics model.
Here's an update on the Titan weapon model pack: It's finished, but it might not be released on the SFM workshop since I can't upload this. The first 2 times I tried to upload it, it disconnected from the internet. The last 2 times, it displayed this:

it isn't except that it works, the only edits iv done is remove the silly specular and stop the silly transparent textures. but as for the top just change bodygroup: hitpoints but i am working on removing the hitpoints bodygroup

For some reason I can't download the mega.co pack it downloads to 99% then stops. Could someone get the data knife model for me please?

I'm assuming you're referring to the pack of content directly from the game that I uploaded? If so, then if you know of another site that doesn't have a data cap for the upload size or a specific time limit for the download to still be available, feel free to let me know and I will upload it there as well. I would have uploaded the pack elsewhere as well for people that have issues with MEGA, but the only other sites I'm actually aware of seem to have a data cap on the upload size that's allowed for non-premium accounts.
Turns out I accidentally caused the skin modifier to collapse, thus why It was not exporting bones.
