Avast, AVG, McAfee, and Norton are probably the best examples I can think of for programs that have done that in the past based on first-hand experience with them. And your reasoning behind why it's a virus is bogus; just because the updater window has flashy graphics, that doesn't mean it's a virus or that it was tacked on as an afterthought to mask it. There are plenty of programs out there that AREN'T viruses that also make use of flashy graphics, but your logic would say otherwise. There's also no reason to update the download link for the latest version when the program itself has an updater, so providing a link to the latest version isn't necessary unless the server that the updater connects to goes down for whatever reason. The only other option for you to attempt updating the program on your own would be to temporarily disable your anti-virus while you update the program, but I doubt that you'll even do so since you're so dead-set on believing that it's a virus. If that ends up being the case, all I can suggest then is that you just be patient and wait for others to release some content, or consider looking back in the thread for the content dump I posted a while back.

Also, I tried getting the spectre model into blender to try and give it an actual rig that can work with Biped but I can't find any file for the spectre compatible with what Importing files I'm allowed. Do I need 3D max or am I not looking hard enough?

But that's only with the Anti-titan and Assault Militia grunts, Commander and IMC ones don't even have face so that's going to be easy. I'll see what i can do, if i can fix them all, i'll release them
Speaking of soldiers, what happened to the Titans themselves? I know that there was some issue with them, then people stopped talking about them. Please hope there's some gleaming hope for our giant mecha fantasies. :(
So as i don't have so much experience with the Xbox 360 model extracting and the directly extracted model pack contains the original VMT settings, i can't do anything with them, but Atlas852 was working on them, the last thing i know was something like "If nothing goes wrong, i'll be sharing them tomorrow", when that tomorrow never came unafortunally... my work on titans had led the reasults to I think the finger problem might have to do with the physics model however I might try something else I'll let ya know how that go's but for now I made a rigged red-i skin still with the finger problem and I can't seem to color the glow maps for the models, I did mix them with my custom textures but not good enough [editline]1st October 2014[/editline] wow first comment on page 25
Finished the IMC pilot! (I forgot to take picutres but i finally get my brothers computer to finish him...) So now, it's time to work on those grunts, just for now the physics, i'll see what up with the facebones and fingerposing tool l8r, my first priority is that, the physics. Or should i better start with the IMC ones (easier than the Militia ones...)?
So I've read through the thread, and have been searching for the XOTBR-16 Chaingun model and textures forever now. The only one I could find was a pack compiled for gmod, and I don't have the hard drive space to install all i need for a decompiler. I'm trying to get a hold of it for some renders for a class I'm taking. Is there any way someone could hook me up with the model and textures of the XOTBR-16 Chaingun in a max, fbx or even obj? I would greatly appreciate it.
So i have to ask i know it's been awhile since i think anyone asked this. But awhile back in this thread there was talk that crowbar was gonna support the .ani file and that was around 0.13 of crowbar and now it's at 0.19 and it doesn't export the human animations. So was this ever finished and released cause i'd really like to get the pilot,grunt and spectre animations out of the game but can't.

I haven't played it yet but I did get the harvester thingy out and compiled if any one wants it. but on other notes I got the glow maps working and I'm just about ready to give up on these bloody titans but I must continue seeing I'm the only one who is and the new ones won't compile due to symbols causing a large amount of skins and the max is 32 (according to crowbar) and the new titan textures have no symbols which screws up the whole thing!
I can port that cloak drone thing maybe. I have yet to actually look into those new map bsps, was planning on getting them exported out like scenery and all when I have time

I'll see about getting Titanfall installed again to re-extract everything and update the resource pack. It's been a while since I made it, and I haven't really done anything to update it since then.
Well. I'm happy to report two things. Firstly, extraction of the sound files from englishclient_mp_common.bsp.pak000_dir using the VPK Tool v3.3 was 100% "Succesful", and I haven't encountered any errors with the sound files themselves. Secondly, Frontier Defense. I feel like all that kept me from loving Titanfall has finally been brushed away. But yes. It's pretty good!

finally played the new mode and beat it first try WOO! I also got the suicide spectre model and turret model compiled and I also found a black spectre skin anyone know about it?
